Brutal footage shows 16-yr-old battle NYC cop with blows and chokehold, then city lets him walk

A bloody brawl was caught on video over the weekend showing a vicious teenage thug punching and choking an NYPD officer on a subway platform in East Harlem before he was arrested only to be released hours later.

New York City’s lax bail laws allowed the 16-year-old to walk, according to the Daily Mail. The boy was charged with assault on a police officer, obstruction of governmental administration, and resisting arrest. By the looks of the video, many feel he should have been charged with attempted murder for his actions.

The boy was confronted by the officer when he allegedly jumped over the turnstile at 125th Street-Lexington Avenue station in East Harlem just before 6 pm on Saturday. He was told to leave. Then the teen went wildly violent before he was finally arrested…
