What wasnât widely publicized was that the act also provided in excess of $122 billion in funds for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER) according to Fox News. That fund assisted numerous states in implementing âimplicit biasâ and âanti-racismâ training, among other woke progressive programs, according to research conducted by One Nation.
