Anew report from an organization backed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) claims that the United States is responsible for “humanitarian disasters” as a result of its recent history of foreign intervention, as reported by ABC News.
The report comes from the China Society for Human Rights Studies, which claims that “the selfishness and hypocrisy of the United States have been fully exposed through foreign wars.” The report proceeded to list every single major military conflict in which the United States had been involved since World War II, from the intervention in Greece in 1947 and all throughout the Cold War, right up to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as its opposition to the socialist regime in Venezuela in 2019.
“Choosing to use force irrespective of the consequences,” the report further claims, “reveals the hegemonic aspirations of the United States. Only by discarding the hegemonic thinking, which is chiefly motivated by self-interest, can we prevent humanitarian intervention from becoming humanitarian disasters.”
The report could be seen as only the latest of China’s deflection tactics, attempting to distract from its own human rights violations by baselessly accusing the United States of the same thing. In recent years, China has been roundly criticized by the international community for various human rights offenses, including cracking down on pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong, building artificial islands in the South China Sea, and maintaining concentration camps for Uighur Muslims.
The pot calling the kettle black… I agree tho that past USAdministrations, along with others inc Canaba, have interfeared in country leaderships in Nicuraqua, Panama, South Africa, Middle East, Ukraine, n more, taking down n setting up leaders of their choice, n starting wars… I love the American people, but they just lost their chance of freedom itself, from their own administration like the rest of us. The enemy within is now in sight, n in charge almost world wide, as all enemies within aide n abet control freaks, infiltrating, n using propaganda in education, technology, space, weather, science, medicine, law n order, military, family, morality, economics, division, governance, etc. n finally take over… all invisioned in the word of God. God of Israel, who created all of us for his own good pleasure, n eternal life thru believing his son is Jesus, become his righteousness, n worthy to stand before Him.
