CNN anchor Dana Bash confronted Democratic Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett on Sunday by playing old clips of her labelling President Donald Trump America’s “enemy” and suggesting he’s a “wannabe Hitler,” then asked whether Crockett’s position as a representative gave her a responsibility to apply restraint.

The congresswoman claimed her language was “accurate” and that Trump’s actions were out of Hitler’s “playbook,” going on to allege that the late Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk “was saying things about who should live and who should die.” The Daily Caller’s Natalie Sandoval breaks down the exchange for Media Madness.
