Congress just advanced two major pro-2A bills, and gun rights advocates are calling it a game-changer.
One of them, H.R. 38, would let concealed carry permit holders cross state lines with their rights intact.
The NRA says it’s the biggest move for gun owners since 2005.
If passed, folks from Texas could carry in places like L.A. and Chicago legally.
I can see blue states losing their minds over this one.
But they should go even further.
Does the 2nd Amendment say….
“The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall be dependent on whether they have a gun permit and it isn’t expired.
Also, you are required to submit your renewal application at least 60 days prior to expiration of your current firearms permit.
Oh, and give us money to cover the renewal fees.

I’m pretty sure that’s not what the 2nd Amendment says. It would seem most, if not all, gun laws go directly against it…
