Congress Screws Over The US Again By Passing $95 Billion Aid Package For Ukraine, Israel And Taiwan

Yesterday the U.S. House of Representatives passed another round of funding for several countries valued at $95 billion in total – $61 billion to Ukraine, $26 billion to Israel, and $8 billion to the Indo-Pacific Region (Taiwan).

The bill was brought forward by Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) after he cut a deal with Democrats to get this legislation on the floor of the House, and brought appeasement to other neocons and other GOP members who were in favor.

The final vote was 311 to 112. And, like previous spending bills, the package had nothing for things such as enhanced border security, or anything that would directly benefit Americans.

After the vote was passed a number of Democrats and Republicans could be seen waving Ukrainian flags, cheering and applauding the bill’s passage.

On Friday Johnson stated: “We look forward to every member voting their conscience and their desire, and that is exactly how this process is supposed to work and how the house is supposed to operate. So we’re happy to provide that.”
