Convicted Killer Was Given Supervised Time To ‘Satisfy Sexual Needs’ Then Murders A 22-Year-Old Woman

I have a hunch that maybe letting a guy have more relations with women after being known for killing his partners probably wasn’t the best idea they’ve had.

The Daily Wire reported:

A man who was convicted of murdering his partner by beating her with a hammer before fatally stabbing her with two knives in 2004 was given supervised release and given permission to “satiate his sexual needs.”

Then he stabbed a 22-year-old sex worker to death in a hotel room in January..

I feel like a room, some tissue, and a solid DVD would’ve been sufficient.

Sheesh, he really didn’t waste any time though, amiright?

More from The Daily Wire:

Eustachio Gallese, 51, turned himself in on January 22 and confessed to the murder of Marylène Lévesque in a Sainte-Foy district hotel room. He had been banned from visiting an erotic massage parlor where Lévesque worked after he had behaved violently with other women, but Lévesque agreed to meet Gallese at the hotel room.

According to reports, he already had a consistent history of violence towards women, whether they were murdered or not. He was banned from going to a massage parlor altogether, for goodness sakes.

His history should have been sufficient to have his sexual needs revoked completely. That’s just insane to me.

I’m honestly curious what the process looks like inside the prison to determine a person is no longer high risk for certain crimes…especially of this sort.
