She was reportedly struck over 40 times at the behest of DC Police Officer Jason Bagshaw, nearly being beaten to death after she was already subdued.
The police officers descended on Victoria White after she attempted to stop violent demonstrators who were believed to be members of Antifa from breaking windows at the demonstration.
There is no evidence that White engaged in violent acts or destroyed property at the Capitol.
