CRIME WAVE: Hundreds Of Arrests Made In Sex Trafficking Sting In California

The Covid-19 pandemic and the government’s response to it has harmed our civil liberties and created a large number of social and economic issues.  One that is rarely discussed is a rapid increase in sex trafficking.  Sex traffickers took advantage of desperation caused by the pandemic across the world to bring more people in to the sex trafficking business, according to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

Last week during and after the Super Bowl, authorities in California made nearly 500 arrests related to human trafficking.  Authorities and advocacy groups say that major sporting events usually result in an uptick in sex trafficking.  The Gateway Pundit Reports
