Delaware Supreme Court Issues Major Ruling For Election Integrity

The Supreme Court of Delaware has formally dismantled universal mail-in voting and same-day voter registration within the state.

Initially brought forward by the Public Interest Legal Foundation, the lawsuit claimed that such laws and provisions were against the state’s constitution.
