When SCOTUS did what it did to the landmark abortion case(s) and sent it to the States under the Tenth Amendment, such became the law of the land. The two pieces of legislation passed in the House by Democrats seeking to codify abortion into federal law simply can not happen because of our checks and balances of the U.S. Constitution. It would take a convention to amend the Constitution to nullify that law of the land decision by SCOTUS.
It is the same thing being tried by NY and its new gun law to get around SCOTUS. It can not and will not work, be it State or Congress trying, simply does not matter, the law of the land is the law of the land ad infinitum under our checks and balances Constitution.
