The cause of death was identified as cardiac arrest

A dentist in California died last week while performing a routine teeth cleaning, as reported by the California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
The death of the unnamed dentist occurred on Dec. 21 and was reported to state officials on the same day. According to the Kern County coroner’s office, the cause of death was confirmed to be cardiac arrest.
