During the night and morning hours of December 18, the enemy launched a new series of attacks against a number of regions. Rostov Oblast was one of the hardest hit.
Governor Yuri Slyusar, commenting on the situation, wrote about the damage to civilian infrastructure in Rostov-on-Don and Bataysk. In the regional capital, according to the governor, a high-rise building under construction was damaged, while in Bataysk, private homes were damaged.
Yuri Slyusar confirmed the attack on the Rostov port:
A vessel was damaged in the port of Rostov, with preliminary reports of casualties among the crew. The details are being updated. Four residents in Bataysk required medical attention…
