The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation continues to carry out interrogations of the Ukrainian military with a view to committing war crimes. In particular, we are talking about the commission of war crimes by representatives of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Mariupol direction.
One of the prisoners – lieutenant colonel Alexander Plotnikov, commander of the 2nd self-propelled artillery battalion of the 17th separate tank brigade of military unit A3283. He said that from the Akatsiya self-propelled artillery mounts, his division fired at settlements, initially knowing about the presence of civilians there. In particular, such fire was fired at the suburb of Mariupol – Sartana.
Also, the interrogation was carried out of the commander of the self-propelled artillery battery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Denis Nazarov, who, until March 10, gave orders to carry out shelling of settlements. In particular, his subordinates received orders to strike houses and social facilities in the Kalmiussky and Novoazovsky districts of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
