The Elected Democrat at the center of a controversy in Montana just got bad news in court.
Rep. Zooey Zephyr is the transgender lawmaker who took his activism to the floor of the House, not by following the established and traditional rules of orderly debate, but by turning the House into a venue for noisy and aggressive protest.
Zephyr was angry that the other party passed legislation he disliked, so he rallied the troops for some typical leftist community activism.
