Judge Bruce Reinhart — who is believed to have signed the warrant that led to a raid of Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago property — is a former attorney who represented employees of notorious pedophile and human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
According to a report from the Miami Herald, an FBI source said the warrant was obtained from a federal magistrate judge in West Palm Beach. The West Palm Beach location of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida has three Magistrates: Judge William Matthewman, Judge Ryan McCabe and Bruce Reinhart.
The court’s online database shows two recent warrant applications — both of which were assigned to Reinhart — were entered into its system on Monday, Politico reported.
