An illegal alien with a lengthy rap sheet has been arrested for running down a family with his SUV in New York City, killing a 16-year-old girl, according to reports.
The shocking string of events unfolded just after 4 a.m. on Saturday in Queens.
Authorities say a 32-year-old woman, her teenage daughter, and two males believed to be the teen’s boyfriend and stepfather became embroiled in a confrontation with Edwin Cruz-Gomez, 38, after he made lewd comments to the females outside a restaurant in the Elmhurst neighborhood.
The family members were departing the eatery when several men began saying things like, “I want to have sex with you,” and, “If I gave you money, will you have sex with me?” to underage Jhoanny Gomez-Alvarez and her mother, Assistant District Attorney Abigail Neumiller reportedly stated during Cruz-Gomez’s arraignment hearing…
