Federal Judges Block Deportations of Venezuelan Men, Citing Legal Challenges and Medical Concerns

A legal battle has emerged surrounding the deportation of three Venezuelan men after a Texas federal judge issued a temporary restraining order preventing their removal from the U.S. The restraining order, signed by U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. on Wednesday, comes as the men are detained at a Texas facility while they challenge their deportations.
