The U.S. Secret Service is investigating claims that a female agent assigned to former President Donald Trump’s detail left her post to breastfeed her child.

The accusation comes weeks after Trump was nearly assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania, leading to the resignation of former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle.

“All employees of the U.S. Secret Service are held to the highest standards. While there was no impact to the North Carolina event, the specifics of this incident are being examined,” Gugliemi said.
