A Florida doctor has been stripped of his board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) for treating over 3,000 of his Covid-19 patients with Ivermectin.
Doctor John Littell, a family physician and U.S. Army veteran, has been a certified member of the ABFM since 1990. As of March 16, 2023, Littell’s certification has been rescinded due to his alleged spread of Covid-related “health misinformation.”
In February, Dr. Littell was kicked out of a Sarasota Memorial Hospital Board Meeting after testifying to the effectiveness of Ivermectin to treat Covid-19.
After videos of him speaking about alternative forms of treating Covid-19 at the board meeting went viral, Littell was stripped of his board certification.
