The Vires Law Group (VLG) of West Palm Beach, FL, with the support of the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation, announces the updated submission of a detailed petition to the Attorney General of Florida, Honorable James Uthmeier, for a criminal investigation of Dr. Anthony Fauci, 11 other high-ranking officials and Florida hospital administrators (the “Accused”) for alleged crimes committed against citizens of Florida prior to and during the Covid-19 pandemic. An additional 43 victims’ families including 4 survivors of hospital Covid protocols join the 32 victims’ families who submitted an initial petition to AG Moody in October of 2023.  The petition outlines criminal charges under Florida law for which VLG has demonstrated probable cause through publicly available evidence and the victims’ stories in order to charge the accused.

Addressing the public in February, Governor Desantis acknowledged that Biden’s federal pardon of Fauci makes it more likely that states will look into “jurisdictional hooks to see what statutes may have been violated” and suggested that Florida would lead the way.  To that end, Attorney General Uthmeier acknowledged “to do what is right and just; for the Lord is greater than any sacrifice.” We are confident that he will follow through on his promise to the citizens of Florida.

The submission of the petition comes on the heels of Anthony Fauci’s visit to Sarasota, Florida where he spoke at the Ringling College Town Hall.  In 2023, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. confirmed  “Tony Fauci knew that Remdesivir would kill you…kidney failure, heart failure, and all-organ collapse.”

Thanks to the efforts of victims around the country, there are currently two open criminal investigations by county prosecutors in two states at the time of this press release. Some of the alleged violations of Florida criminal statues include:

  • Second Degree Murder whilst Committing Acts of Terrorism and/or Aggravated Abuse of the Elderly and Disabled and/or Human Trafficking
  • First Degree Murder whilst Committing Acts of Terrorism and/or Aggravated Abuse of the Elderly and/or Human Trafficking
  • Florida RICO (Racketeering)
  • Terrorism
  • Aggravated Manslaughter of the Elderly, Disabled Adults, and Children
  • Human Trafficking
  • Abuse & Aggravated Abuse of the Elderly and Disabled Adults

In addition to Anthony Fauci, the following individuals and officers are subjects of the requested investigation:

  • Cliff Lane, Deputy Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases

(NIAID)

  • Francis Collins, ex-Director, National Institutes of Health (NIH)
  • Deborah Birx, ex-White House COVID Response Coordinator & former Director of

DOD HIV Research at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research

  • Rochelle Walensky, ex-Director, Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
  • Stephen Hahn, ex-Commissioner, Federal Drug Administration (FDA)
  • Janet Woodcock, Principal Deputy Commissioner, Federal Drug Administration (FDA)
  • Peter Hotez, Dean for the National School of Tropical Medicine & Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Virology and Microbiology, Baylor College of Medicine & Co-Director of the Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development in Houston
  • Robert Redfield, ex-Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
  • Peter Daszak, President, Eco-Health Alliance
  • Ralph Baric, Professor, University of North Carolina
  • Rick Bright, Former Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development

Authority (BARDA)

  • The Administrators of Hospital Systems and Facilities in Florida

The VLG attorneys who extensively researched and compiled the filing, along with many other concerned citizens, believe that it is essential that the Florida Attorney General and his staff conduct a thorough investigation to determine if the evidence contained in the submission, together with further evidence to be uncovered, substantiates indictment and prosecution of the identified suspects for the alleged crimes. If the evidence provides probable cause that crimes have been committed, then it is expected that a Florida grand jury will hear the evidence, indict the accused and that the State of Florida will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

Based on the current legal landscape, if the accused are ever to be held accountable and punished for COVID-related crimes, such justice has to be delivered by a state or county level criminal court. For the truth of the victims’ deaths and the suffering of their families to be heard and justice delivered, the crimes of the accused must not be left unchecked and unchallenged.  We urge the people of Florida to stand with these victims and their families and support the District Attorneys and Attorney General in bringing to light the truth of the victims’ suffering and death, and the suffering of their families, and in bringing justice against these egregious crimes.
