Things seem to be going from bad to worse for Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and his witch hunt against the 45th President of the United States.
According to former Federal Elections Commissioner Hans von Spakovsky, Bragg has no jurisdiction to bring this type of campaign finance violation case against President Trump—he doesn’t have the authority.
Aside from this, the case has very little merit or substance, regardless of jurisdiction, as pointed out by Spakovsky and others.
Bragg recently went on the defensive, as GOP lawmakers, led by Jim Jordan, continue to win court battles against him and now have the option of deposing a former member of Bragg’s office. …

So, if all of these blocks to his prosecution are true, why is this Witch Hunt” still going on?? And, if our tax $’s are going to fund this kangaroo court, why aren’t the American people up in arms about it. Everyone should be as the next person being unlawfully prosecuted could be “YOU”!! There seems to be no laws anymore. And we aren’t worried about how our younger generations will perceive this and move forward in a positive direction. And the worse scenario still, The World IS Watching.
