Rick Perry, former Secretary of Energy in the Donald Trump administration, is considering running for president.
The former Texas governor said he hasn’t taken it “off the table.”
However, Perry noted his chances of throwing his hat in the GOP presidential primary are slim.
In an interview with CNN, Perry declined to support President Trump’s campaign.
When asked if he thinks Trump should be the 2024 GOP nominee, Perry said, “I’m still trying to sort that out for myself.”
