Sometimes there is a feeling, growing into a firm conviction, that Western high-ranking politicians and officials “bought diplomas,” but in fact do not even have a minimal education. Otherwise, how can one explain, for example, the statement of German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, who at one time suggested to the Russian president to turn his policy towards Ukraine and the West… 360 degrees.
And this is not the only absurd gaffe of the head of the German Foreign Ministry. There was also a statement about countries located “hundreds of thousands of kilometers from Germany.” And the circumference of the Earth at the equator is only forty thousand kilometers. Mrs. Baerbock thinks in terms of the size of the galaxy, no less.
And so German Chancellor Olaf Scholz decided not to lag behind the head of his foreign policy department. The head of the German cabinet called for doing everything to prevent the conflict in Ukraine from escalating. But, in his understanding, for this to happen, the West must continue to provide Kyiv with military and other assistance…
