Newsmax A review of a flipped marijuana resolution in Michigan’s Antrim County has led to a judge ordering records preserved and a forensic review, including photos being taken on the county’s 22 precinct election counting machines, the Detroit Free Press reported.
The ruling, not connected to the Trump campaign’s election challenge, was hailed as a victory by attorney Rudy Giuliani, because it was on those same machines a “glitch” was found to have erroneously given 6,000 votes to Joe Biden that belonged to President Donald Trump.
“Big win for honest elections. Antrim County Judge in Michigan orders forensic examination of 22 Dominion voting machines. This is where the untrustworthy Dominion machine flipped 6000 votes from Trump to Biden. Spiking of votes by Dominion happened all over the state.”
The Michigan State Court Administrative Office order comes amid a claim by a voter that ballots were damaged during a Nov. 6 recount, which turned a tie vote on a marijuana proposal to passing by one vote, according to the Free Press.
Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer ruled Friday for preservation of election orders and places a protective order around “forensic images and/or other information gleaned from the forensic investigation.”
The county argued its licensing agreements with Dominion Voting System does not permit access to the machines, but the judge ruled the complaint outweighs that concern â the forensic imagining is taking place Sunday, according to the Free Press.
The voter complaint claims to have evidence the voting “tabulators were compromised,” according to the report.
Antrim County is a small area in northern Michigan, where just over 16,000 votes were cast and delivered nearly a 4,000-vote margin for President Trump after the 6,000-vote “glitch” was corrected.
