Harvard University has just launched a lawsuit against the Trump administration for freezing $2.2 billion in federal funding.
Earlier this month, the Trump administration decided to cut off Harvardâs funding due to the universityâs refusal to address antisemitism on campus.
After all, why should American taxpayersâ money go to funding woke college ideology?
Now, Harvard claims the move is unconstitutional, violating the First Amendment, as well as the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The 50-page lawsuit claims Trumpâs team âshortcutted the usual processâ while administrators reject White House demands for federal oversight of admissions, hiring and â most shocking of all â student ideology.
The administration apparently expected Harvard to fold like Columbia did, but instead got slapped with a constitutional lawsuit that could determine whether universities answer to anyone at all…
