Harvard SUES Trump Administration For Cutting Off Federal Funding

Harvard University has just launched a lawsuit against the Trump administration for freezing $2.2 billion in federal funding.

Earlier this month, the Trump administration decided to cut off Harvard’s funding due to the university’s refusal to address antisemitism on campus.

After all, why should American taxpayers’ money go to funding woke college ideology?

Now, Harvard claims the move is unconstitutional, violating the First Amendment, as well as the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Here are the details:

The 50-page lawsuit claims Trump’s team “shortcutted the usual process” while administrators reject White House demands for federal oversight of admissions, hiring and – most shocking of all – student ideology.

The administration apparently expected Harvard to fold like Columbia did, but instead got slapped with a constitutional lawsuit that could determine whether universities answer to anyone at all…
