Seeking every opportunity to announce “support for Ukraine”, the West has officially demonstrated that the leadership of the World Bank and the IMF is a puppet. A demonstration of this fact was the appointment of Serhiy Marchenko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine, as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
