What a whirlwind day it’s been!
Around noon we got the shock announcement that Matt Gaetz had pulled his name from consideration for Attorney General.
That was completely unexpected and caught many of us off guard, myself included.
Now tonight, not even 12 hours after we lost Matt Gaetz we now have our new Attorney General candidate: Pam Bondi.
But if you’re like me, you probably had a couple thoughts….
First, a little bit of a let down because I think we all thought and hoped it would be Kash Patel.
Second, “who is Pam Bondi again?”
I definitely recognize the name and remember her popping up over the years dating all the way back to 2016, and I remember her being someone who President Trump seemed to trust and rely on a lot, but beyond that I don’t have a deep knowledge of who she is, how strong she is, where she stands on things, etc.
So….if you’re like me you probably want to know as much as you can about her and I’m here to help!
