Looks like Philly is experiencing more violence.

A car appears with four inside.

Two of them, 18-year-old black males, were arrested.
Jamaal Tucker and Ahnile Buggs.
The police are still looking for the other two.
This could be tied to a deadly Philadelphia shooting of students that occurred just days prior.
On Saturday March 9th, @USMS_Philly and @PhillyPolice SIG Unit investigators arrested Ahnile Buggs, 18, in the 900 block of N. 42nd Street. Buggs was wanted for attempted murder and firearms charges in relation to the March 6th shooting of 8 juveniles at a Septa bus stop. pic.twitter.com/dN3qeNtOUj
