Republicans on the House Oversight Committee have vowed to subpoena members of the Biden family, which may include Joe Biden himself.
According to the Washington Free Beacon, Congressman James Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the Oversight Committee, said in an interview on Thursday that the current investigations “were always going to end with the Bidens” being subpoenaed. But Comer added that the committee still has to “put together a case that would stand up in any court of law in America,” and he thus did not give a timetable for when the subpoenas would be announced.
Congressman Comer warned Republicans against a rushed impeachment of Joe Biden, as the committee is still gathering all the facts regarding allegations of corruption within the Biden family. Most recently, additional revelations by the committee confirmed that the Biden family had received at least $20 million from foreign oligarchs and businesses, including from such countries as Ukraine, Russia, China, Romania, and Kazakhstan…
