We often hear that NASA was “founded by Nazis” — that under “Operation Paperclip” many “Nazis” were brought into the United States to use their scientific expertise to help defeat the Soviets in the Cold War — and ultimately, beat them in the “Space Race” to the moon.
But as the folksy American radio broadcaster, Paul Harvey, used to say, “Now here’s the rest of the story…“
(Los Angeles Times) In 2020, an article appeared in the Los Angeles Times entitled, “Who got America to the moon? An unlikely collaboration of Jewish and former Nazi scientists and engineers” — which revealed that it was, in fact, powerful and influential Jews at NASA who approved the hiring of “ex-Nazis” for the purposes of advancing the U.S. Space Program.
We will go through excerpts from the article and insert our commentary point-by-point — to reveal the story behind the story — of how this deception was pulled off — and who actually pulled the strings:
The article begins,
“In early days of America’s space program, two men met over a bottle of Jack Daniel’s at the Hay-Adams hotel across the street from the White House.
It was roughly 1959, when the future of America’s young space program was clouded by technological disagreements.
On one side of the bottle was Wernher von Braun, the engineering genius who had developed the world’s first ballistic missile for Adolf Hitler during World War II. He had once been a member of Hitler’s Schutzstaffel, or SS, but now ran NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala.”
[CFT Note: Much has been made out of Von Braun being a “Nazi”, but the reality was far less sensational — he joined the National Socialist party to further his career as a scientist — had he not joined the party, his career advancement would have been over — not that there is anything wrong with joining the party, except if you are being judged by Jews after the fact.
Like many scientists, Von Braun appears to have been apolitical — he did what he had to do to continue his life’s passion, which was science and engineering…
