A new claim by a CIA contractor who became a whistleblower presents the possibility that the U.S. attorney who recently concluded an investigation into the âunmaskingâ of General Michael Flynn without filing any charges or even issuing a report on that investigation had been under illegal U.S. government domestic surveillance CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery claims that former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas John Bash was targeted by illegal CIA and FBI U.S. domestic surveillance programs while he and his wife Zina Bash attended Harvard College (Class of 2003) and Harvard Law School (Class of 2006), and while he and Zina were living in Austin, Texas.
