Miami Beach authorities have arrested a 27-year-old Jewish man accused of opening fire on two Israeli tourists in what appears to be a case of mistaken identity.
The suspect, Mordechai Brafman, faces two counts of attempted murder after allegedly firing 17 shots at the victims, believing them to be Palestinians.
The attack occurred Saturday evening when Ari Rabi and his father were sitting in their car.
