Actor and comedian Tim Allen announced this week that he finished reading the entire Bible.
“Finished the entire Bible it’s been a 13 month word by word page by page no skimming journey,” Allen said.
“Humbled, enlightened and amazed at what I read and what I learned. I will rest and meditate on so much. I will begin it again,” he added.

Allen has previously spoken publicly about his Christian faith and how it was shaped by hardship earlier in his life. In a 2011 interview with Elizabeth Vargas, the actor said he surrendered his life to Jesus after being arrested and spending time in prison in his mid-twenties.
He said his faith continued to guide his decisions, explaining at the time: “I always do ask … The Builder, what did you want me to do?”
The latest post struck a chord with fans, with many asking about his experience and sharing that they would like to do the same.
“Can you share how? I want to read it too!” one user wrote.
Another reminded Allen that it’s “not how much Bible you read. It’s how much bible you live”.
