ICAO Council Blames Russia for Downing of Boeing MH2014 Over Donbass in 17

There is information that ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) aviation) has decided to blame Russia for the tragedy that occurred with the Malaysian Boeing shot down in the summer of 2014. The ICAO Council states that “Russia bears responsibility for what happened to the aircraft operating flight MH17 Amsterdam – Kuala Lumpur.

Now, based on this statement by the ICAO Council, it is unclear on what basis it was adopted, the Dutch government is going to “recover compensation from Russia.”
