Illegal Alien Arrested for Rampage In Stolen Tow Truck In Maryland Sanctuary County

A man arrested for stealing a state-owned tow truck last week and using it to ram more than a dozen vehicles during a rampage in Maryland has been identified as an illegal alien from Central America, according to authorities.

On Friday, Maryland State Police officers were called to a hit-and-run crash involving four vehicles on Interstate 495 in College Park, as InfoWars previously reported.

The driver of a Ford Ranger involved in the wreck allegedly fled the scene and pulled into a Park and Ride lot, subsequently leaving the pavement and striking a guard rail.

A Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) worker arrived in a tow truck to check on the driver of the Ranger, however, the suspect jumped into the SHA truck and sped away.

During a harrowing pursuit that lasted nearly two hours, the suspect struck at least 13 vehicles, injuring multiple police officers and civilians, before the truck became disabled and the suspect was arrested in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Virtually no information was released about the suspect until this week, when local media discovered he is a Nicaraguan citizen illegally present in the U.S.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that a detainer has been filed with the Montgomery County Correctional Facility against Cesar Flavio Lanuza, who remained hospitalized as of Tuesday.
