Illegal Alien From Venezuela Arrested in Jet Ski Hit and Run Death of 18-Year-Old Texas Woman Who Was Accepted to the Air Force Academy

An illegal alien from Venezuela, Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez, was arrested Tuesday in the hit and run jet ski death of 18-year-old Ava Moore who was kayaking on Lake Grapevine, Texas on Sunday.

The Venezuelan woman who allegedly killed Moore was caught on cellphone video fleeing the scene in a car with help from other Venezuelans. The male driver, also an illegal alien, who hit a vehicle while fleeing the park was also arrested Tuesday. (UPDATE: Booking photos posted to end of article.)

Moore had just completed the Air Force Academy Preparatory School this month and had been accepted into the Class of 2029 at the academy.
