An illegal alien from El Salvador has been charged with murdering a young boy in California and also sexually assaulting two more, according to reports.
On Mar. 28, Oscar Hernandez, 13, reportedly hopped a train from San Fernando Valley to Lancaster to visit his soccer coach, 44-year-old Mario Edgardo Garcia-Aquino.
Two days later, the boy’s family – Honduran ‘migrants’ who arrived in the U.S. three years ago “in search of a better life” – reported him missing.
On Apr. 2, authorities found Hernandez’s body in a ditch off a road near Leo Carillo State Beach in Oxnard, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman explained during a press conference this week.
On Monday, Hochman announced Garcia-Aquino had been charged with “one count of murder with the special circumstance allegation of murder during the commission or attempted commission of lewd acts with a child, making him eligible for the death penalty…
