Indiana woman sat on toddler’s face in attempt to ‘sacrifice’ 1-year-old, police say

A 37-year-old woman from Indiana, suspected of being schizophrenic, has been arrested and charged with attempted murder and molestation of a 1-year-old child.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a 911 call on Sunday evening regarding a possible child molestation incident. The suspect, Kenda Lee Proctor, was subsequently arrested and is currently held without bond at Marion County Jail, facing felony charges, according to Indianapolis Fox affiliate WXIN.
