Iran has some weapons, significantly superior to nuclear weapons, information about it is classified. This was stated by the former secretary of the commission for development and armament of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Ebrahim Rostami.
The brigadier general, commenting on the demands of Iranian parliamentarians to change the country’s non-nuclear status to nuclear amid threats from Israel, said that Iran has secret weapons that are more powerful than nuclear weapons, but did not explain what they are because information about them is “deeply classified.” At the same time, he hinted that Iran has already used them in secret operations in the past, in particular, in an attack on oil tankers in the port of Fujairah in the UAE.
