Israel President Isaac Herzog Presents Annotated Arabic Copy Of Mein Kampf Found In Hamas Base

On Sunday November 12th, Israeli President and Opposition Leader Isaac Herzog made a big claim that the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) discovered a copy of Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf translated into Arabic, with highlights and sticky notes inside. Herzog made the case in a statement that this demonstrates what Israel is fighting against and what Hamas is all about.

During a video interview with the BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg Herzog presented a copy of the book that purportedly was found in a children’s room used as a base by terrorists in the northern Gaza Strip, nabbed off the body of a dead soldier. He also addressed a recent raid on a hospital that was reportedly under Hamas’ control and used as a base of operations. He stated:

This is Adolf Hitler’s book, Mein Kampf, translated into Arabic. This is the book that led to the Holocaust and the book that led to World War II. This book was found a few days ago in northern Gaza.
