Israeli landing spotted in Damascus

By Topwar

Israeli troops continue to operate with impunity in neighboring Syria after the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s government there last December.

As reported by the Qatari TV channel Al Jazeera, citing the Syrian military, the Israeli landing force was spotted the day before in the country’s capital Damascus.

According to the TV channel, dozens of IDF soldiers landed in the Al-Kiswa district of Damascus, where the barracks previously occupied by soldiers of Bashar’s army are located, and spent more than two hours there. However, no clashes occurred between them and representatives of the “valiant” new Syrian army, who so zealously fought against Bashar al-Assad’s forces. That is, the enemy landing force calmly did its job in the capital of another country, and its soldiers simply watched.

The Al Jazeera source also said that four helicopters took part in the Israeli airborne operation in the Al-Kiswah area. It was carried out several hours after a new Israeli air attack on military barracks in the area.
