Jailed parents of Michigan school shooting suspect ask for lower bail

The Crumbleys, who are pleading not guilty to four counts of involuntary manslaughter as a result of their son’s alleged killing of four classmates, have requested through their defense lawyers that their bails be reduced from $500,000 to $100,000 each in the hope that they can be released from jail. They currently would need to put forward $1 million to both be released.
