Breitbart President Joe Biden’s administration warned Thursday there would be “planned inspections” and heavy fines to ensure businesses comply with a new coronavirus vaccine mandate set for a Jan. 4th deadline.
A senior Biden official spoke to reporters about their planned enforcement measures prior to leveling an Occupational Safety and Public Health requirement for businesses with over 100 employees to get them vaccinated for the coronavirus or test unvaccinated employees weekly and require them to wear masks.
“We also will be having some programmed or planned inspections where we do go to workplaces to check to make certain that the workplace is in compliance with the rule,” the official said.
The official said they would focus much of their vaccine mandate enforcement efforts on employers where employees complained about their working status…
OSHA is part of the Federal Government.
With some exceptions; extra-territorial by treaty or legislative acts of foreign countries, ceding or partial ceding by a State of jurisdiction in a particular matter, Federal jurisdiction is TERRITORIAL.
That means that it has no jurisdiction anywhere except on Federal property over actual crimes, or other regulatory infractions.
Whether you are a company with any number of employees, unless you have Federal contracts you don’t want to lose, just tell these people to go pound sand.
If your State has ceded or partially ceded jurisdiction in matters of occupational safety and health, lobby your State legislature to RESCIND IT.
There no longer is a need for a vaccine mandate, given that effective treatment protocols have become recognized, involving Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and the new much more expensive pharmaceutical that is being released. It has become apparent that the treatments are all vastly safer than the vaccines have turned out to be. The death rate of the Wuhan Flu seems to have also fallen to levels in range with ordinary influenza.
So it is time to withdraw the FDA’s emergency authorization for the vaccines and get on with their proper longer range careful testing that all previous vaccines have had to pass before recieving full FDA approval.
IMHO there will be no need for vaccine mandates anymore unless Fauci can develop a much more deadly, treatment resistant disease.
