It was a disastrous day for Democrats.
The bad news poured in on every front.
And now Joe Biden got pulled into this sex scandal because of these two pictures.
New York Attorney General Letitia James released her long-awaited report on the allegations of sexual assault against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
James produced a report devastating to Cuomo’s political and legal prospects.
In the course of the investigation, James and her team interviewed 179 witnesses and reviewed 74,000 pieces of evidence to produce a conclusion that Cuomo acted like a predator.
James wrote that Cuomo “sexually harassed current and former New York State employees by engaging in unwelcome and nonconsensual touching and making numerous offensive comments of a suggestive and sexual nature that created a hostile work environment for women.”
The attorney general added that Governor Cuomo sexually harassing current and former employees violated New York state and federal law, violations that Attorney General James claimed were civil and not criminal.
“These interviews and pieces of evidence revealed a deeply disturbing yet clear picture: Governor Cuomo sexually harassed current and former state employees, federal and state laws,” James added. “The independent investigation found that Governor Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women, many of whom were young women.”
James described Cuomo’s harassment as “unwanted groping, kisses, hugging, and by making inappropriate comments.”
The report also detailed how Cuomo “fostered a toxic workplace that enabled harassment and created a hostile work environment where staffers did not feel comfortable coming forward with complaints about sexual harassment due to a climate of fear” and that Cuomo and his staff sought to retaliate against one accuser.
Governor Cuomo adopted a defiant posture in trying to defend himself from this damning report.
In a hastily-called press event, Cuomo claimed hugging and kissing was normal behavior for him and the media sensationalized normal internal actions.
“I do kiss people on the forehead,” Cuomo told reporters. “I do kiss people on the cheek. I do kiss people on the hand. I do embrace people. I do hug people. Men and women.”
Governor Cuomo even tried to rope Joe Biden into this scandal by producing slides of photographs of Joe Biden hugging women to compare those innocent physical encounters with Cuomo’s own behavior.

That gambit failed.
After Biden delivered a low energy speech demanding an oppressive and Communist Chinese-style government vaccine mandate where Biden mumbled his way through struggling to read the teleprompter, a reporter asked Biden if he stood by his March comments that Cuomo should resign if an investigation found Cuomo’s accusers credible.
Biden answered in the affirmative that it was time for Andrew Cuomo to resign.
