A series of Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (not Laws) signed across several decades by the US and Israel Governments, with recent explicit ones at the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, and White House publish their interest in collaboratively developing and testing new “emerging security technologies” set up ostensibly to “Counter Terrorism”.
Precisely the ploy used by DARPA and the DOJ in setting up the Memorandum of Understanding of 1994 to jointly develop “non lethal weapons” together, for use on the battlefield and the street–the streets of America, that is, which should stop everyone in their tracks, reading it. Both concerning, but this is a foreign country we are speaking of, and this is Israel–not just implicated but responsible for endless decades of heinous warring actions on the innocent, indeed for Genocide.
