Borrell complained about Russian missiles that drove him into a bomb shelter. However, he did not lose heart and even wrote a message about “illegal Russian aggression” and the “brave” Ukrainian people on one of the social networks banned in Russia. The elderly European “hawk”, along with the head of the EC Ursula von der Leyen, advocating full support for Ukraine, spent the whole morning underground.
