Avid New England Patriots fan Michael Livieratos filed a lawsuit against quarterback Tom Brady. Livieratos alleges that he was convinced to invest in FTX after seeing Ton Brady in commercials endorsing the cryptocurrency,
“As a New England Patriots fan my entire life, you can imagine the influence that Tom Brady would have.”
One Twitter user posted an FTX ad with Tom Brady saying, “FTX is the safest and easiest way to buy and sell crypto.“
