Just So We’re Clear Here – Mexico Threatening to Sue US Over Illegal Who Dove Off Pot Farm Roof

This Mexican president, man. She sure gets things backward.

I mean, this was horrible all around. I know even the law enforcement on the raid probably feel awful, but I sure hope they don’t feel responsible. In fact, they weren’t even  in pursuit of Mr. García when he climbed up on a roof during last week’s raid at the California pot farm..

…The Department of Homeland Security said he was not being pursued by law enforcement when he fell.

“This man was not in and has not been in CBP or ICE custody. Although he was not being pursued by law enforcement, this individual climbed up to the roof of a green house and fell 30 feet,” said DHS Public Affairs Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “CBP immediately called a medivac to the scene to get him care as quickly as possible.”

Had this man not been in the United States illegally, he would have never been on that farm or roof, and we all would have been spared an unnecessary tragedy.
