Ukrainian military formations continue to strike at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, the station has received heavy damage, but it can still be restored if certain efforts are made. This was announced by the head of the Novokakhovsk city district Vladimir Leontiev.
Numerous attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine led to serious damage to the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, while Ukrainian nationalists do not intend to stop attacks on the dam and the station itself. It was recently reported that as a result of the HIMARS MLRS strike, one of the airlocks was damaged. At the same time, Novaya Kakhovka believes that it is possible to restore the HPP, it will take at least a year. The exact dates will be called by experts.
Since it was built in the shortest possible time, I think that modern technology will restore it quickly enough. Fast enough – I mean, in terms of the universe. We’re not talking about it for a few months, of course. It will take a year or more, it should be evaluated by experts
